By accessing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the pub774 platform (accessible at pub774.co and all associated subdomains and mobile-optimized versions thereof, collectively the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the pub774 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to update such information promptly whenever it changes. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. pub774 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
pub774 conducts identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) in compliance with PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements and relevant provisions of Philippine Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), as amended. KYC may be triggered at registration, upon first withdrawal, upon reaching specified cumulative transaction thresholds, or at any time at pub774's discretion.
pub774 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via approved Philippine payment channels including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), and Philippine domestic bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others as updated from time to time). All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pub774 Platform:
Violation of any prohibition above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to appropriate Philippine authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus funds. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
pub774 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once, or wagering in patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk — may result in bonus forfeiture, winnings forfeiture, and account termination.
All games offered on pub774 — including online slots, live dealer table games, bingo, color prediction, and fishing arcade games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, live human dealer procedures conducted in professionally operated studios. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories.
Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games and documented house edges for table games are published within the Platform and accessible to players prior to wagering. pub774 does not alter game mathematics or RTP settings from those published. In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts gameplay, all in-play wagers that cannot be settled are voided and the wagered amount is returned to the player's account. pub774's game settlement decisions are final in the absence of a demonstrable system error.
All content on the pub774 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, user interface design, brand assets, game content (where licensed), text, and proprietary game features — is owned by pub774 or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform without pub774's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pub774 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if pub774 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
pub774's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim. pub774 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the Platform and accepts no liability for service outages beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications network failures, force majeure events, or PAGCOR-mandated system maintenance.
pub774 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, upon reasonable grounds including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, cheating, or collusion; failure to complete KYC verification within a specified period; regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or another competent authority; or activity inconsistent with responsible gaming standards.
Upon termination for cause attributable to the player, pub774 may forfeit all bonus balances and, where permitted by applicable law and PAGCOR guidelines, may withhold funds pending investigation. Upon termination not attributable to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period.
pub774 is committed to responsible gaming and provides players with tools to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the pub774 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to any regulatory escalation rights afforded to players under PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework.
Before initiating formal legal or regulatory proceedings, players are encouraged to contact pub774 support to seek informal resolution. pub774 will endeavour to respond to and address substantiated player complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.
pub774 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days prior to the amendment taking effect, except where an amendment is required on shorter notice by PAGCOR or another regulatory authority. The current version of the Terms, including the effective date, is always available at pub774.co/terms-conditions. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
